Had called a few times but gone to msgbank and not left a msg. When I did answer the first thing he said was ‘I’m not going to sign you up for anything’... my ticket to hang up and block lol

Always calls from different numbers and hangs up when I ask rather firmly “who is this???”. Sounds foreign.

These guys are telemarketers. When you answer, it takes a few seconds to connect the operator - dead give away. Irritating multiple calls.

I find that after lifting the phone and seeing the 03 number I don't respond to the call and it will ring about 6 times and stop. Interestingly I had occasion to change my phone number and for the number not to be listed but I still got a call this morning

Never gave him the chance to speak because I was too busy sending him up. Avoid. There are many varients on this particular prefix so I know to avoid.
