Asked me if my name was..... said he was from a law firm and I'd entered clearinghouse sweeps I said no he asked was I sure, replied no again and he hung up...he used my maiden name though so I'm not sure where he sourced my number from.

Missed the call - when called back - computerised voice asked for authorisation code - when none entered hung up.

I just received a call at 7.02am from some guy who said he was calling from a law firm and asked for me but he asked for me as my maiden name not my married name. I asked who was calling and he said David from some law firm and said I was a winner in the clearinghouse sweepstakes. He told me it was urgent that he speak to the winner and when I said this was a scam he hung up real quick

Got a call from a woman who said she was from a law firm. She said they sent a letter to my address two weeks about about being a clearinghouse sweepstakes winner. I said that sounded like a scam because I never enter any competitions. Then the woman hung up on me.
