Yes Wine Group. Always shows as from Eltham, Victoria. Also call on 3059, 3062, 3065, 3081. They have more in that range as well. Block

Have called multiple times and when I've answered no one there and they hang up. Today spoke to someone and when told not interested wanted a couple of minutes of my time. Started telling me about the wine and I don't know a thing about wine as I don't drink it and then he told me that he couldn't hear me and that he would need to terminate the call then hung up.

they just dont give up, i block them then they ring next day from a different number
