Caller: Maroondah Council

I was told it was a survey on behalf of Maroondah Council, it was a call centre & even if it was legit the asked if I was in the age group of 18-55 & I chose not to answer as I could not verify them. They hung up so I called back & it said the number was not active so therefore blocked incoming calls to this number.
When I called the council to confirm they said they had a survey on customer service only occurring for 400 numbers of people who had contacted the council, I had not.

Answered call and they hung up. Tried calling back and does not even ring.

Answered call, can hear voices in the background, call centre type they didn't speak and hung up. when I attempted to call back, the number is disconnected. Assuming VOIP number, but I did hear Aussie accents in the background

Called back a few times, received engaged signal.

Asked to speak to "Name" , I said "Yes" and then they hung up
