This number called at 9.20pm tonight and asked who they were speaking to.  I said, "you've called me, would you please tell me where you're calling from?".  It sort of sounded like they said 1800 Flowers, but it was said quickly and mumbled and that was why I asked them to repeat it.  She refused, and wanted to know who I was.  I said "sorry, you've called me, I am asking you do to identify where you're calling from".  She was saying "Madam, madam", but would not say who she was or the company name, so I hung up.  She didn't call back.  I am on the Do Not Call Register, and I don't appreciate calls at that time of night, so she could at least have identified herself clearly if she wanted to talk to anyone in this house.
