Caller: VIP Home Services

Apparently I used this organisation to clean and mow my lawns - this is not true i used a local sole trader to mow my lawns, and when i questioned the caller they just sat there in silence. I reminded him he called me not the other way around so its costing his firm the money for a wasted call not me.

Claimed that I had once used their mowing services (not true), and they were calling to see if I needed their services for mowing and matress and upholstery cleaning.
I have blocked their number.

Claimed to be VIP cleaning. Claimed that I was their customer. Both is not true.

Lady was calling to offer cleaning services. Asked if I dealt with them before (as Telemarketing only allowed with prior interaction)- said yes but long ago. I don't believe I had ever had cleaning done by them but would be 5 years ago if they changed names or something. Asked to email me, I said no, she still did. First email I've ever had from them was 2020 and constant marketing emails... nothing linked to a clean in the past and I suspect they are linked to a different cleaning company that subcontracted carpet cleaning.

Called me by name ?? and offered carpet cleaning service and left message on answering machine asking for me to return call?? My answering machine is automated recorder with no voice of mine or identification to me or my name

I did not answer when they called my number,
It's obvious that, when they don't speak much, THEY ARE RECORDING YOUR VOICE, for future FRAUDULENT activity's.
Be careful.... I Always use my answer machine but it's the automated recorder NOT my voice.
