Caller: Social Research Centre.

Got a text message a few days ago saying to expect a call on behalf of the police in my state from the Social Research Centre. They must have called me today but I did not answer, I just came here to find out who had called from the above number,
I have asked the Social Research Centre to remove my name from their lists so many times now- they obviously never did.

Someone calling at 8.30pm claiming to be doing some sort of survey. It may have been legitimate, but if so these people clearly inhabit a different planet if they think we all want to spend our evenings, or any other time, getting yet more unsolicited/nuisance/scam calls. We get so many of them that people are abandoning their home phones or no longer answering calls from unknown numbers, but that's not going to put these callers off.

Called and left a msg saying they are from the police survey department and want to find out people’s experiences with the local police
