Caller: Social Research Centre

SMS asked for survey participation on crime in my area. I texted back yes.

But they hang up as soon as I answer. Will refuse the survey in future and block them.

I;m guessing it was a survey but if they want to speak to me - or me to them - why don't they have the courtesy to at least leave a message. I won't be calling back.
