Caller asked if she could talk to me about replacing my downlights with LED. I replied no, as my electrician partner had already done so, and an aside that only scam artists and my ex-husband called my land line as I hung up. The number called again, did not say anything and I hung up after 12 seconds The number called immediately again and I advised they were breaching legal policies, I had recorded their number and was reporting them as I am on the Do Not Call Register (I am not)
