Persistant callers - Indian voice - up to 12-15 calls per day!

This number called me 12 times between 12:04 and 19:42 on 1st November 2021.
I picked the phone up a couple of times and said nothing.... they terminated the call, it must be a computerised dialing system that only connects when you answer the phone and talk.

Endless calls over and over, i do not answer if i do not know the caller, but it is getting very very intrusive. No message just endless calls. Cannot Telstra really take action and do something?

I have had 11 calls from this number today. My phone company alerts him to this call being potential fraud.

10+ calls from this number every 15 mins to my landline.. Not answering but they do not stop calling. Number needs to be blocked by Telstra

Isn't it about time Telstra - or whoever operates the phone system these days - disconnected callers like this who are obvious scammers?

Pretend to be interested for a few mins, then tell them what you think. They hate their time being wasted, but want to waste ours. Karma bites.

15 Calls so far today to my landline. I have just checked here to see if it was a scammer or if someone in the family may be unwell. No message being left on the answering machine. It is driving me mad I would take the phone off the hook if it wasn't used by my Dad to contact us everyone else uses the mobile now.

Keep getting calls and no one on the other end. Leave to message bank after that and they still continually call

It's a scammer trying to sell some smart meter thing for my home. Just keep asking her questions to waste her time and she'll crumble under the pressure. Asking "what is your ABN?" really got her - she made a few noises of confusion and then disconnected the call.

I have had 3 calls from this number so far today, and am anticipating more to come.
Some people are complete nuff-nuff's, and think that they are not being traced!!!

Got a call about every 15 minutes from this number. Didn’t pick up long enough to hear anything, only for the time it took to tell them to piss off.

First call ever from this number yesterday at 11:25 - did not answer because it wasn't in my phonebook. 16 calls in the one day with the last at 19:50 and not a single one answered!!! They were generally spaced out but on one occasion as soon as they got the answering service (which they did every time) they hung up and rang back immediately. Sounds like the person was extremely annoyed that I didn't answer the phone, which I never do with an unknown number.

Have st least 4+ calls from this number . Have caller ID so have not been answering it . Very annoying !

Repeated calls from same number through the day; data from my modem as I have no phone attached to the line.

Number is continually calling our business. When we answer, it hangs up. Haven't had a person on the line as others have though.

“Serial pests. I have had many calls from many numbers, including calls routed through interstate lines. Call centre chatter in the background, Indian accent. Every time asking when my solar panels were last inspected and cleaned. Definitely dodgy”.
