It says it's a call from Sydenham Victoria. As soon as you pick up, there's silence and they hang up on you. Suspect scammer

Caller: Telemarketing Called me three times today and when I said they had called me earlier they denied it! Wanted info on my electricity provider details. I gave them nothing…. Came up as a number in Sydenham, but likely from o/s.
