no message left rang same time as other scam calls

When I picked up, the line was bad and I couldn't clearly hear who was calling or from what business, I asked them several times to tell me who was calling, they hung up on me. I called back and it went straight to a direction service that's clearly been clipped together from other automated messages. Don't answer, totally a scam

Called about mortgage (I don't have one). When I questioned how they had my name and mobile number they said I had been making re-financing queries. I said NO, asked again where they got my name and number, ended up being hung up on.
