Constant calls from various numbers (this one included) caller hangs up when I answer

They just called me and not leave a message. People who call, I can only assume they want to talk me, so I blocked the number.

Literally doing the job of the Government's Energy Made Easy website, in an annoying and less convenient phone call format.

I called back the number (03) 8372 3235 and spoke with a lady who did not mention the company name
