Caller: National something?? could not work out what He was saying Apparently wanting to check that you are not paying electricity above the government set rate.
So I asked what is the government set rate so I can check it myself - He refused to tell me and said that only he can check it !!! Hmmmmm??
I think this is one of those marketing calls.
