repeated calls, when I try to call back I hear an unclear message. Finally managed to pickup, the person on the other line asked for someone else and when I confirmed I'm not the person they hung up

Call centre re internet bills but no company provided. I tried to call back to find where she was from and only got an engaged signal. Doesn’t appear to be legitimate.
