I wish to report a company selling second hand fridges and washing machines.

I went in to purchase a second hand fridge and paid $380 ($10 of which was for delivery), on the day it was meant to be delivered the company called me stating the fridge had blown up since I saw it in the showroom and it had to be fixed by their technician and in the meantime they would give me a temporary fridge until it was fixed. When the temporary fridge showed up it didn't work. The freezer worked but the fridge didn't. I had gone grocery shopping before it arrived so I lost all that food as the fridge wasn't going cold. I finally got a call a week and a half later to say the original fridge I had purchased was fixed. They came and swapped the fridges over, the second fridge worked for half a day before it blew it. At this point I have asked for a refund. I am waiting for this company to collect the fridge this afternoon and refund me, but was told I would be charged $40 for them to come and pick up the fridge. So hopefully I will be refunded but even if I am refunded none of the delivery fees or "collection" fees are being refunded. So this company has taken $50 (assuming I get refunded) for providing no working products. I told someone else about this and they told me the exact same thing happened to them with the same company. I believe this company is fraudulent and wish to report them.
