Caller: Female caller This call showed as coming from Melbourne, Vic. When I answered there was a delay of several seconds, then a woman with an Indian accent told me that her name was Ellie and she was calling me about a second rebate for people with solar panels. I told her I wasn't interested an hung up. Most likely another scam attempt.
