This number has been calling my PRIVATE home phone about 8 times a day for the last 2 weeks. Thing is, it's not just this number, they also use 'private caller' as I have answered a couple of the calls from both the 'private caller' and the 03 number (not anymore!), and they have the same spiel.In both cases, it was an apparent NAB reprentative who wants to talk to me about my account, and asks me to verify my account by telling them my date of birth. I'm sorry, but when someone calls me repeatedly, claims to be a NAb rep, but won't tell me why they are calling unless I give them my private information, I call that harrassment. I have told three of their so called reps today that I will NOT tell them my dob unless they can tell me why they are calling, they can't. Even though I've told them they are the third person I've told today that I am not discussing my private details with some random stranger that calls and says they are from a bank, not one of them has mentioned would I like to be taken off the list. Until I just found this site, I didn't even know you could do that so now I'm looking foraward to the next annoying random caller. Thanks all!

I just got a call from them on the landline.. answered - got holding music. Then almost straight away my mobile started ringing.

I've been thinking about switching to Newcastle Permanent.. Maybe now I should!

the above number is debt collectors from NAB- they keep harassing me as well as some guy put me as their Next of Kin- as he failed to pay is credit card debt so they call me even though told them have not seen this person for long time.how rude and shameful from NAB.

Hi guys.I switched to NAB in about May this year, and I got a balance transfer on my visa card.Straight away the phone calls started, home, cell and even work.I have told the person five time I am not interested, I even went into my branch to complain, it is just constant harassement.Unfortunately I am still getting phone calls twice a day or more, so I have made an official complaint against NAB.The part I dont understand is, I already have insurance on my Visa.

Also it seems like from this forum that this number has been harrassing people for close to 3 years! Hasn't NAB caught on yet that this number is losing them customers?
