They keep ringing businesses and hanging up

I called back number (03) 8325 0900 reached IVR of company called foxtel.

This number called my business mobile, as soon as i answered they hung up!

A very gruff and unprofessional man called Tony rang from this number. He said he was from foxtel and needed two forms of ID from me. I refused. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said sure and put me on hold. There was no hold music and after 5 min I terminated the call.

same as Jane, rings often but no message.

Rings a few times a day but never leave a message so unsure who it is.
