This number calls at various times through the day and either leaves obscene or ludricous messages. The latest message has been sent to my mobile at 21:53 hours on 09/01/2014, The message reads "Hoo Hoo Hoo Hoo Hoo Hoo Hoo Bye" I have rung Telstra Australia to have this individual blocked, but since the call/complaint was "dealt" with by a non-helpful Philipino call centre operative who wouldn't even take this pest's number - naturally they were NOT blocked from accessing my phone. How do I have this person dealt with by the telephone supplier?
