Caller: Ford Motor Company

When you call the number back you get a spiel about them calling in relation to a recent purchase (I just bought a car from them), upcoming services or upcoming promotions and that they will try to call another time.

While I missed the call, I see that others have reported that the caller is Ford Australia. Given that I've just bought a new Ford, it is not unreasonable to expect a call.

2 calls on consecutive days at about the same time. No message left. Suspicious. Has Ford been hacked to get phone numbers/details of recent purchases?

When I answered the call, I heard some lady with an Indian accent in a middle of a conversation with someone else, using unknown language. She completely ignored my 'Hello' and hang up. WTF?

Asking about my buying experience after purchasing a new Ford recently

Ford are disgusting in their ignorance of their customers. I bought a car from them recently, and had a lot of issues. One of the things was that they kept voice calling me (multiple staff members), even though I told them multiple times that I’m deaf and can only text on the phone. Yet they kept on voice calling me.

Missed 1st call no message left so I called back was a lady with Indian accent say from Ford. I inquired so she got who ever rang to call back but had phone on mute n still they didn’t leave a message.

Same deal. Called but didnt leave a message. When I answered they hung up. If its really Ford they need to work on the customer service!

Didn't leave a message. Strange, because if it's Ford (I bought a new Ford some years back) and they need to talk to me, then why not leave a message?
