I got a few calls from this number during the last two days. When I answered, there was no response from the other side. Apparently there are idiots.

i have this no. call me and not answer when i pick up. i have also had it register as a missed call. this is wrong!!!

I got this call every now and then since Wednesday but only answered the call today. This lady identified herself as calling from Optus and thanked me for being a loyal customer and that I am entitled to some credit. The very next second, she said (quote): No you're actually not entitled to anything. Sorry. Have a lovely day! WHAT A LOAD OF CRAPPPPP!!!

i have recently been getting the same call although i am a business customer... i have 8 numbers with optus and now because of these calls i have taken all numbers to telstra...
before this i spoke to a lady with an accent who said my number had been taken off their list but today 12 jan 09 i had another call!!

Telechoice really is amazing!!I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with the company and being a business customer they took care of me real well ;)My suggestion is any businesses should give them a call!!

Yes, it's Telechoice (or their telesales department). Their rep told me he was from Optus which is a flat out lie - they are really, really dodgy. Avoid them at all costs!

They are still at it! I missed the calls, and Googled the number. Glad to find this info - I've sent an email. I too moved from Telechoice to a "normal" Optus dealer - and am happy I did. Thanks.
