Had a call from this number on my cell phone. An (03) area code and (landline) number beginning with 82? 90% likely to be another scammer or troll - I've had lots of scam calls from similar numbers. Hung up as soon as I saw the number; if it's genuine caller they'll call back and leave a message. No call back, so I've blocked the bastard!
