Called from Croydon. Left no message. When I returned call it said the number was unavailable.

Called to offer "a discount on my energy account" obvious scam

My land line rang and there was silence, then my mobile rang and I answered but call ended. I have blocked this number.

Received a call today from (02) 8202 9731 and the rude man hung up on me. Said he was calling about electricity

Just received a missed-call notification for this number. Tried to call but message said that it was not on the network. I googled the number and found this site.

They said a private company that can lower my power bill, they asked who i was with and i hung up

My phone said this number was calling from Croyden Victoria.
As soon as I answered they hung up...
You might be right in saying that this is some sort of a marketing scam or scumbag.
But why would they hang up?

Have answered previously and they wanted to know about my current energy provider how much discount I receive. When I said I didn't know she was became quite annoyed so I hung up. Now a couple of weeks later they've rung again. I regard this as a nuisance call.

They keep calling. Most times when you answer they just hang up. Even when you try to talk they hang up. Also when tried to call back said number not available.

Definitely a scam number, when you try and ring back number is disconnected

Called but left no voicemail - this usually a sign that they want to see you something - whether they are annoying telemarketers or scammers am unsure but either way have now blocked them

Incredibly rude and unprofessional telemarketer/scammer. Block the number.

There should law to prevent company/people making harassing calls!!!!
