Other than heavy breathing, no message left. Being a (03) number probably a scam or unsolicited call.

Received a call from this number & let it ring out as I didn't recognize the number. They then called back right away so I answered & a man began to say they were calling regarding my electricity at that point I hung up and blocked the number.

Has been calling for days, I answered, he claimed he was from "electricity services." Said he wasn't trying to sell me anything.
I said I wasn't interested and hung up. He has called me six times today alone and left creepy heavy breathing voicemail.

An indian sounding guy called about electricity and new charges, and had my name correct, but my address he had was from 6 years ago, says he was representing alinta, agl and a few other electricity suppliers. The issue is I am currently with one of those suppliers, so why doesn't he have my correct details, because they do?
I hang up after saying I won't tell you where I live or who my supplier currently is. He tried ringing back straight away. I didn't answer!
