They ring, I answer Hello or Who is this and they hang up immediately. Always from Victoria, Point Cook or Croydon

Caller: Someone from a company called 'Well Connect' Claimed to be from an electricity provider, but would not verify any business contact details or how they had received the contact information. Waste of time.
