Scam

Someone called my mobile today and he said that he was paid from from Australian Legal Aid Service, or he was authorized from them, something like that, he asked me several questions about Legal Aid in Victoria. He was asking for a Feedback about the service that Legal Aid in Victoria are providing. He said he is doing survey about the Legal Aid if i was happy with their service or not. He insisted me to answer these questions.Then after couple hours i thought about that and i am pretty sure it was a scam. Then, in evening i called back the same number, the Answering Machine answered the call and said that i have called Paul from Electforse, i can't answer the phone right now, please live the message, da da da (some thing like that, was very hard to understand) but obviously it wasn't the same guy and nothing like Legal Aid. So i am sure it was scam. But i don't know what from here. He didn't ask for any money, but i am concerned that he already recorded all my information by calling me.
Please advise me. I am concerned a lot.

"energy choice". Off shore call centre. Trying to sell power. Unsolicited
