Re: nuisance calls (possibly malicious) from multiple different numbers, but all starting with the (03)... area code: I am in Top End Australia (NT), and over the last 10 weeks or so have received quite a number of calls from completely unknown numbers (and all of which have been allowed to ring out). None of them have ever followed up with any kind of text message at anytime afterwards. Each and every time, upon calling back the numbers anonymously, all I have received is the, "The number you are calling has been disconnected.." message. And also, on every occasion I've done a search on them here at Reverse Call and other places, and it has turned up NOTHING in the way of any previous reports on any of them. So, I guess the actual full number is irrelevant here, because it would appear that whoever is making these calls somehow has an INFINITE supply of one time use only 'disconnected' numbers to choose from (stuffed if I know how they are doing that too?!). But the constant common denominator is, they ALL start with the (03) area code (every time I see yet another one of them now, I say, 'here's yet another call from the f**kwit with all the 'disconnected numbers'). So, I would like to know just how many other people there are who are consistently getting unknown calls from all these different 'disconnected' numbers, but all of them beginning with the (03) area code prefix???
