Caller: Steven I answered, it was "Energy Saver" wanting to evaluate my electricity plan. I told him I was about to head in for an interview, he wished me good luck and I ended the call and blocked the number. How is this happening? how are these people getting our mobile numbers and keep calling at odd hours (day or night).
