Caller: Won't tell you who they are

Cold calling to get you to switch energy suppliers. They tell you that you're eligible for savings on your current plan but won't disclose that they will actually transfer you to their provider. They ring several times a day and get rude if you say no. It is listed as an Australian number but pretty sure calling from overseas location. They rang me every five minutes after saying no one day - have now blocked this number.
