Extremely rude, my colleague hung up on them when they would not tell her what the call was in regards to then proceeded to call back and when I answered he was just trying to get her in trouble saying she was a terrible receptionist hanging up on people so I then proceeded to tell him if he didn't tell me what he was calling for I would hang up too. He then hung up and I have blocked the number
