This number keeps calling but not leaving a message. So I don't answer or return the call. Suspect scam.

Caller: Energy Australia

Call centre. Pushy. Trying to get me to change my gas account to them. Told him from the start I was not interested. Kept pushing. Told him it could come with the tattslotto numbers. Still not interested. Still pushy. Ended up putting it on speaker and told him he could talk whilst I went about doing my housework. Finally gave up.

Nuisance call. All unsolicited.Never answer unrecognized calls and block the number to try and stop being called again. Always report this type of call.

Thanks to the previous comments I now know this caller is China Light & Power trading as "Energy Australia". I never answer and they never leave a message so now added to my blocked caller list. Trying to retain my business for gas after I switched to an Australian owned retailer

Answered phone and nobody on the other end.

Something to do with Electricity. Sounded like SPAM so hung up when they started asking questions

Caller: Indian Call Centre

says its important that you have your energy bill with you but you can hear the background noise that its a busy call centre, heavy accent was hard to understand, even if it was a genuine call I would not be able to understand them anyway

Caller: Claimed to be from Energy Australia

Said I was eligible for a 25% discount on my gas bill. I asked for the information to be emailed so I could read through and see if it was legitimate. She said I had to agree first and said I needed it emailed first…. guess what? No email. A scam.

Caller: Energy Australia

A company claimed to be from Energy Australia. Not sure how they got my number. Told them to take my phone off the list politely. But hung up rudely.

Caller: Nuisance Caller

So many nuisance, unsolicited and questionable/dubious phone calls coming from phone numbers prefixed with dial code 03 - presuming it originates from Victoria Australia of course. Yet another nuisance and unsolicited phone call on a weekend too. Yet another number added to the blocked list. If the call did originate from or was on the behalf of Energy Australia then then I will change utility provider. One does not like to be pestered and I will now be changing provider. There is an old saying - never put all your eggs in one basket. It applies to all aspects of life.
