Caller: unknown Rang through but did not leave a message. Don't know anyone in Victoria so I blocked. I am obviously missing out on some scam.

In the last week I have had numbers starting with 03 8103 call me several times. I've blocked every one, but they change the last 4 numbers and call again

Caller: Scammer I let this caller go to voice mail. They just kept calling out my first name as though they were having trouble hearing me and left no details about who they were, where they are from and why they phoned. Caller spoke English and had an Indian accent. Clearly a scammer, so don’t answer and block the number.

Screened the call using Google phone service and they hung up. Didn't leave a message or anything. Not sure who it is. Never called back. Very likely spam.
