TL;DR: Some telemarketer trying to offer a cheaper power supplier. Don't answer the call. A South Asian sounding person called to ask about my power bills in trying to offer a better deal. Told him that it sounded like a scam and he got very pissed off about being called a scam. *sigh* I guess he will now submit my details to some other 3rd parties to hassle me some more..
