Caller: Health and Wellness survey A whole lot (24 or so) of questions about my health. Final result was mid 80s with no health worries apart from needing hearing aides. Only ID given out was postcode and first name. Possibly a prep call for later calls offering help for one or more of my "afflictions".

I did not recognise the number so let it go to answer machine . No message left . I ignore all calls from other states .
