Caller: Energy supplier Person wanting to know all the details of my power bill so that can save me money. I told him I had completed the online check with the NSW Gov website (the truth) and already had to lowest rate available in my area. He told me I could not possibly know that and that if I give him all my bill details he would tell me who was was best as he was the expert, not me. He was very rude.
