Called at night 6pm dunno who it is

Person on this number is very aggressive. Called me up on several similar numbers starting with 03 8001. The person starts off saying I'm the person of authority for electricity and talks about email sent to me. Almost fooled me, but then he said the wrong postcode. Scam! Block immediately or else you'll get called every hour.

Returned call. recorded message - gas & electricity offers.
no company mentioned.

Note: They did not even bother to identify which company they are...

Unknown called, unsolicited. My screen indicated the call originated from Sunbury. Caller claimed there was a problem with my power supply.
