when called back hangs up straight away

I got call and it hang up after answering the call!!

They rang me twice today so annoying..

Think I might buy a whistle, and use it next time down the phone

I have never called medibank, I paid for a new number a few months ago, I have never done on-line survey or left my number with any website yet the calls have just started back up in the past couple of weeks.

When I received numbers not familiar I don't answer them and search it instead and this number is one of them so block them up right away.

I did call Medibank couple of days ago. Got a call from this number today. I didnt pickup. It looked like a spam phone call.

same experience, guy asks for me by name, but hangs up when I ask who they are... calls always seem to follow a few days after calling MediBank Private in Melbourne but may be coincidence??... anyone else MediBank private and get these cold calls??

Life Insurance caller

Me too; several calls from this number to my mobile in the last week or so. I mistakenly called them back but only got a recorded message and then put on hold. Just blocked the number so hopefully I won't get any more!

I called this number back. They thanked me for calling and proceeded to tell me about insurance. I said I wanted to know who had called and why, but no thank you and hung up.

Answered this call, someone from "contact network"..trying to sell me insurance or the like, thankfully I was sitting next to plastic bags at the time & crinkled noise into the receiver..then broke up my talk pretending going through tunnel…"whaaaaa…..in….do…..hooo….trouble….ba…conn……shun" , he hasn't called back !!
