Caller: An Agent Initial call is regarding an outstanding electricity bill, his looking for the wrong name. Told him he glt the wrong number, i hang up. The person seem to have an austealian accent. If this are scammers they are getting better with their accents. Then i Called back and it said it is- Sure offer.
