Called twice, first time very loud call centre back ground noise on first call, 2nd call had that sound that suggests call has been put through to a call centre staff member, then a delay and a weird American - Asian ascent - so hung up without speaking

Caller: Unknown Electricity company No message so called back - Went to VM saying they have some offers to discuss with me for my electricity and gas accounts. = no blocked and in my contacts under "Scammers"
