I was adv they are calling from Australian Referral Service which is the government agency Australia bureau of statistics so I have lodged an official complaint to them. Figure if someone is impersonating the Australian Government then they may want to know about it..

rcvd call from (03) 8001 7102 - unable to block number from phone as I do not have a smartphone (too expensive) but it is a nuisance to get these calls especially when you are at work and then on a limited credit on your phone - just annoying - I really do not know how to stop them
