Received from the same caller as well, they not answered the call. also not in the phone list..

i told the girl that i wanna join their insurance plan, she asked my ID no.,home address, bank account.

After that, i scared this is a fraud, so i email to CIMB & asked, but the staff not sure about this.

Anyway, after about 1 weeks, i got the policy & documents from CIMB-Aviva, & my bank account also deducted RM 75.

After reading its policy, i felt that it did not suit my need, so i sent all documents back to CIMB-Aviva & request for refund.

Just now, they called me & promised for refund in 1 - 1.5 months.

u can't call back due to the num set as backup num.where its appear at our phone but we fail to call back.some call center is using that setting.mine also rcvd call from this num n be told as CIMB personal to promot their policy insurance. not interested n juz ignore.

I got the same number called to my phone asking for my husband to say thank you. I say for what? For car loan from CIMB. To begin with , we don't have car loan with CIMB bank.
