Male with very thick accent tried to tell me I needed to redesign my business website

Called pretending to be from an IT company, wanting to speak to the owner. Scammer.

Personally I couldn't understand him too well, he asked to speak to owner, was told they were unavailable and then the man said 'no problem i will email the owner' and hung up after me suggesting I can leave a message. not sure what it was in regards too, i couldn't catch it.

Called my business demanding manager for tech support issues, heavy accent

Called asking (in a heavy accent I could barely undestand) to speak to business owner. Told him owner not here what is it in regard to and he said it was about boosting google traffic. Told him I was the one to speak to and we're not interested, thanks. Rudely hung up - Blocked number

My phone warned me this number was "suspected spam", they left a long message of a woman repeatedly saying "hello .... hello ... (her accent was one you would associate with an overseas spam/scam call center)

Missed call, no voicemail. Spammer.
