Said he needed to confirm my account details in order to recover for me a suspicious debit made on my account.

Claimed to be PayPal Customer Service and wanted to confirm.my account details to "block a suspicious debit from your account". This is Not the number for PayPal.

Caller: "PayPal" Guy with SE Asian accent claiming to be from PayPal asked if I had sent a medical donation of $699 this morning. When I said yes he swore at me and hung up. They expect you to say OH NO and then want your account details to "refund the transaction", then empty your account.
