Called numerous times in a row all day but left no message saying who they were my guess is a scammer

I received an voice messgae with just muffled music in the back ground and then someone coughing, i'm guessing a scam as i have received a call from a very similar number a few days ago that i blocked

Caller: No name

Continuously calls but leaves no message. Tried to call back but apparently no one available to talk to and wont say the company name
