Caller said from Verification Dept of PayPal - checking to see if transfer from my PayPal account (which I do not have) was authorised by me. Quoted my email address but when I said I did not have a PayPal account and money transfer of $1647.26 not authorised by me he proceeded to ask further questions which I did not answer. Potentially a scam.
