rung left no message but have had quite a few scam calls from numbers very similar to this number

Scam, they rung and said hello but the line was broken and then disconnected whilst introducing themselves. Clear spam using VOIP or stealing a number. However the person/group is clearly not paying enough to establish a good connection.

Long delay in responding when answered - asian woman on the call - knew my name. I asked who was calling and she disconnected. Looks like some kind of scam.
