rung left no message but have had quite a few scam calls from numbers very similar to this number

Scam, they rung and said hello but the line was broken and then disconnected whilst introducing themselves. Clear spam using VOIP or stealing a number. However the person/group is clearly not paying enough to establish a good connection.

No message left when I sent it to voicemail. I tried to call it back, and the number does not ring. Clearly dogey

Call back. Unknown number. Definitely scam.
