Number are spoofed, unable to return calls, tend to hang up then return call which depending on the setup one can't call back therefore safe to say is a scam call using a spoofing, that is not to say if you can return the call and have anyone pick up it's not a scam listen for an accent, or a voice in which pauses pronunciation and octaves in sentences are off, especially around conjunctive words in a sentence

My phone marked it as a potential risk - suspicious calling pattern. Have had a number of calls from similar phone numbers calling about utilities at a property that I don’t own or live at.

Also (03) 4704 4702. They called me I rejected call & they called again I missed call. When i called back from phone booth it was all Chinese probable scam call

Wanting to talk to me about utility providers at a property I haven't lived at for more than 10 years!
