I answered this just now at exactly 15:40 today, a minute ago. Said nothing for about 10 seconds before hearing a loud BUZZ as the call cut itself off (hung up).
Turned off my caller ID and tapped to call it back - "Your call could not be connected"
100% spoofed number. This was not a legitimate caller.
